At Gemilai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home coffee equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
